Updated: Upper Tribunal’s Immigration and Asylum Chamber – anonymity guidance
The Upper Tribunal’s Immigration and Asylum Chamber has issued its latest guidance on anonymity orders and hearings in private. This Guidance Note is issued under paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. It replaces Guidance Note 2013 No 1: Anonymity Orders. The guidance can be read below.
