    District Judge Robin Barraclough retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 November 2021.  Background information  District Judge Barraclough (64) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1982. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1998 and a District Judge in 2004. He was appointed a Regional Costs Judge in 2015.
