Insolvency and Companies Court Judge: Greenwood
The King has appointed Paul Greenwood to be an Insolvency and Companies Court Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Brandon Lewis CBE MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Royal Courts of Justice with effect from 11 October 2022.
Background Information
Paul Greenwood will be known as Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Greenwood. He was called to the Bar in 1992 and was appointed as a Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge in 2020.
