District Judge Appointment: Montanaro
The King has appointed Matthew Montanaro to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Coventry Combined Court Centre, with effect from Tuesday 3 January 2023.
Background Information
Matthew Montanaro will be known as District Judge Montanaro. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2006. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
