District Judge Appointment: Daley
The Queen has appointed Howard Daley to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Wandsworth County Court with effect from 6 December 2021.
Background Information
Howard Daley, aged 47, will be known as District Judge Daley. He was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1997. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
