District Bench Retirement: Hallett

District Judge David Frank Hallett retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 April 2022. 

Background information 

District Judge Hallett (70) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1977. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1995 and a District Judge in 1999.
