Circuit Judge Appointment: Miller
The Queen has appointed Richard Miller to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Kingston-upon-Hull Combined Court with effect from 4 October 2021.
Background Information
Richard Miller, aged 52, will be known as His Honour Judge Richard Miller. He was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1991. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2016.
