Circuit Bench Retirement: Pugh

His Honour Judge David Samuel Pugh retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 7 April 2022.

Background information

His Honour Judge Pugh (67) was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1978. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2002 and a District Judge and a Recorder in 2008. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2016.
