Circuit Bench Retirement: McPhee

His Honour Judge Robin Alasdair McPhee retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 5 September 2023.

Background information

His Honour Judge McPhee was admitted as a Solicitor in 1983. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 1998, a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2002 and a Circuit Judge in 2019.
