Circuit Bench Retirement: Horton

His Honour Judge Mark Anthony Horton retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 October 2023.

Background information

His Honour Judge Horton was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1976. He was appointed a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2008.  He was a Diversity and Community Relations Judge from 2009 to 2023.
