His Honour Judge Michael Robertson Crichton Grieve KC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 29 April 2023.

Background information

His Honour Judge Grieve KC was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1975, took Silk in 1998 and elected a Bencher in 2008. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1998, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2011.
