District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Malcolm Douglas Dodds retires with effect from 1 November 2021. Background information District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Dodds (62) was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1984. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2012 and a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2016.
