Appointment as a Judge of the Upper Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Chamber: Stout
The King has appointed Holly Stout to be a salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Administrative Appeals Chamber with effect from 13 November 2023.
Holly Stout will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Stout. She was called to the Bar in 2003. She was appointed a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Health Education and Social Care Chamber in 2019, a salaried Employment Judge in 2019, a fee-paid Judge of the Upper Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2020, a fee-paid Visiting Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal in 2023 and as a Deputy High Court Judge under S 9(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981.
