Upper Tribunal Judge Phyllis Muriel Ramshaw retires with effect from 13 May 2023.
Background information
Upper Tribunal Judge Ramshaw was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 2001. She was appointed a Fee-paid Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2015. She was appointed as a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) in 2018 and assigned to the Tax and Chancery Chamber in 2021.
