Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): McTigue
The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP, has appointed Dr Peter McTigue to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).
Dr Peter McTigue will be assigned to the Midlands East Region with effect from 24 April 2023.
Background Information
Dr Peter McTigue will be known as Employment Judge McTigue. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Disability Member of the First-tier Tribunal for the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013 and as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, in 2020.
