Circuit Judge Appointment: House KC
The King has appointed James House KC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Lincoln Crown Court with effect from 16 January 2023.
Background Information
James House KC will be known as His Honour Judge House KC. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1995 and took silk in 2015. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2020.
