PRESIDENT OF THE UPPER TRIBUNAL ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS CHAMBER
The Senior President of the Tribunals, Sir Keith Lindblom, has appointed The Honourable Mrs Justice Heather Williams to be President of the Upper Tribunal Administrative Appeals Chamber with effect from 1 January 2023.

Dame Heather Williams DBE was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1985 and took silk in 2006. She was appointed as a Part-time Judge (formerly Chairman) of the Employment Tribunals in 2005, a Recorder and Deputy High Court Judge in 2018, and as a High Court Judge assigned to the King’s (formerly Queen’s) Bench Division in 2021.
